The desk agent was unfriendly. The car class was downgraded due to the destination countries. This information was not required when placing the reservation and the agent blamed it on me that I haven't given the necessary information. The car class was much lower than the intended one and the price was only symbolically reduced. We had to take the car because otherwise we would have had to cancel and re-plan our trip. If I had booked directly with Sixt, I would have asked for a compensation. I kindly ask you to handle the case if it is possible and inform me about the out comings. Thank you.
The car I rented was specificaly advertised as a BMW Convertable. When I got to the pick up place I was informed they do not stock convertibles ever at that location. It was a bait and switch.
We booked a Mercedes Benz. I paid more to get a Mercedes and it was not available.
Everything went very well. Got upgraded with automatic transmission and a new car.

I've waited almost 45 minutes to reach the counter. long queue , besides some clients take almost 10-15 minutes to finish their rental procedures obviously because they did not have pre-booking. the company should have given the priority for people with confirmed bookings.
There were sufficient parking spaces behind the building for me to drop off the car since their office was closed.
The value for the booking did not include any inssurance. Since driving a car without inssurance is illegal in Germany I ended up paying almost twice of the amount I was presentes when booking.
