Cheap Car Rentals in Vedado, West Palm Beach

Awful! I paid for insurance when I booked the car through kayak.. Easirent claims they didn’t have that information. I showed them the email from kayaks saying that I paid.. they would not accept that without a certain confirmation number that I did not have. I had to pay $500 more for insurance. The car was filthy in and out. The heavy smell of cleaning solution caused me to have breathing problems. I spoke to the agent at Easirent about it since he was present when we opened up the car. His solution was to come back another day and “see” if other cars smelt different. He also stated that they all smell the same. Upon driving the car it was evident that there was a mechanical issue. The steering wheel would shake, the car would pull to the left when driving and the car did not feel safe. I drove the car twice in two weeks for all of the above reasons. I will never rent from them again and I will be very weary of booking through kayak. This is the second time I had a back experience with Kayak.

Easy Rent had no cars available. There were five people waiting for cars to be returned when I asked when they would get them they had no idea. The agent assured me that he would strike the payment that have already been charged to my card, but that still hasn’t happened yet worst experience I’ve ever had.

Car requested was ready. Long wait at airport for pickup. Inside front window very dirty. Oil change light came on on our last day.

Everything was fine. Staff just could have been friendlier, more helpful and explain things better. Kind of felt like I was bothering everyone being there. Ha
