Excellent service, no problems whatsoever, pick up drop off the Cadillac we put 1400 miles on was an absolute dream! A special thanks To the young lady that Helped us When we drop the car off get the billing situation resolved!!!

They were completely unprepared. They wouldn't tell us anything and locked us out of the building. They would come out and tell us one at a time what was happening. Which didn't make any sense. Lots of deflection going on as to what was the real issue. Another customer that rents from there often says it is always an issue at this site. No one was wearing a uniform or a name tag. Seemed the place was run by folks off the street. Absolutely the worst run rental car site I have ever been too. Budget/Avis, you have lost my business. Kayak, you're on the short list.

The price doubled

They had to cancel my reservation because they didn’t have a car for me.

I was really looking forward to getting the car to visit my mom for Mother’s Day. When I booked the pick up time was 12pm so I called Ace to ask if I can pick the car up later because I’m a school teacher and wouldn’t be off until 3:30. I was told yes of course that is fine only to get to the location and the cancelled my reservation.

So bad

When picked up from the airport the driver did not confirm the ace location i had made my reservation at. They were able to accommodate, however for drop off the locations were closed Sunday and no shuttle was available to transport to the airport. Would have liked to know before renting. Rates for renting from the airport were comparable. Would have gone with airport rental to avoid paying for uber to the airport. Car smelled like cigarette smoke, not sure if it had been cleaned.
