when I picked up the Tesla, it only had 150 miles on it when we signed up for it it said it could go up to 280. I was planning on going to see the art exhibit which was an hour away, and the creation museum. when I returned the car, they didn’t really give me instructions. They said it was due the next day but the ticket I had said it was due back at 7 PM. There were not a lot of charging stations either. I wish it would’ve been fully charged when I left. Made the trip a little bit more stressful trying to figure out where I could charge it and get it back in time.

The pickup was slow, took awhile because there was only 1 computer working and very confusing. The agent actually took a call during my pick up! I also had to go through the reservation process even though I prepaid. Drop off was really easy!

Mostly good. When I rented the car on line, paid all but taxes and fees, 62. At checkin, taxes and fees were 122. That’s not fair…. Great car..

I showed up to pick up the car rental. I waited 45 minutes and called yet no one showed up or answered. I was forced to not only miss my appointment that I flew in for but I had to pay more money to rent a car through Avis. Needless to say hertz has lost my business. Hertz is the only company I use to use and now they are the only company I will not use. Please advise? Sincerely one pissed off customer, Aaron Kent

I ordered a rental online with my bank card and paid as well online. Arrived at the airport to get the car and was told I cannot get the car I don’t qualify cause I didn’t have a major credit card. Thrifty didn’t want to refund my money just kept telling ME sorry you couldn’t get the car c we understand.

I flew into the airport at midnight but they closed at 10 pm. Very frustrating. Had to Uber and $88 to get to my hotel. I will never use thrifty or dollar rent a car ever again.

While I am still waiting on the return of my deposit through Avis, the pickup and drop off process through our Avis location was very easy and our vehicle was a clean hybrid minivan that was comfortable and an efficient ride for our whole group during our trip. Overall, this location made for a really good experience.

I picked up a dirty car in Cincinnati to take it to mbs airport.When I dropped the car off they asked if I had the miles I said no and they said if you don't nee your receipt you are good.I thought I should just get the miles so I did and the girl at the counter printed me a receipt for double what I was told.I asked the girl why and she said it was because I dropped it off early yes early.She told me that's how third party sites get you.I said what does that mean?She said she would of been able refund my money if I would of went straight through Avis never again will I do that...

The booking went through, but I got a call in the morning that the rental place did not have the car I had selected. They offered to get a comparable vehicle 3.5 hours after the pre-arranged pick up time. I was looking at a 10 hour drive, which would have put me at my destination around midnight on the following day. This is a case I needed to avoid, traveling with children. The manager could not help me. I chose to make a different reservation and use a different rental company. A ton of time wasted. A horrible experience. Will always check on Budget before I call you guys next time.

Very unprofessional treatment. Booked a van 7 6 months in advance. Verified online week of trip. Tried to verify with pick up location but they do not answer phone... claimed a phone problem. Received phone call 18 hours before pickup saying they had no vans avail and were giving me a Ford Explorer. This was too small for 6 adults. Was given no discount and no larger options. Had to make do. Day of pickup, car was dirty, smelled of smoke and marred by someone’s previous application of decals. Made do anyway. On drop off, was charged an additional incorrect $60 hourly fee until I protested. Hand written signs at location threatend increased cleaning fees and that renters needed to vacuum their own car before returning. Very unprofessional overall. Will avoid this Budget/Avis location when possible in future.

Airport Budget was great, I swapped out the SUV's and received what I asked for and it was cleaned and serviced and at the price quoted.

Attempted to pick up the car on Glenway Ave. that I thought I had ordered and had confirmed twice with company. Arrived for pick up and the car was not as promised I specifically asked for a 4 wheeled standard size SUV. I was given a front wheeled drive only, not serviced, had been smoked in, was filthy inside and outside. After much presistance, the attendant called around town until he found the car I had ordered. I had to drive the car he gave me over to the airport to get the car I actually had ordered. The attendant at Glenway was rude and unaccommodating. He also charged me more than I was quoted on priceline.
