Cheap Car Rentals in Portobello, Edinburgh

We had to wait a couple of hours for the car and then had to be shuttled to another location to pick it up....staff were very friendly and helpful, however.

They do not provide pickup or dropoff.

The night before I was expected to pick my car up I received an email stating that the car would not be on site at the scheduled time the following day and no time was given. I called the car rental company the morning I was supposed to collect the car as the email they sent the day before was after hours so there was nobody manning the customer support service. When I spoke to a representative they continued to state that they Did not have the car I ordered available and at that time there were no other cars to select from.. Approximately two hours later they did provide a car although it wasn’t the car I had initially selected. The delay cut in to our travel time as we was scheduled to drive to another location that morning but did not leave until the afternoon due to the delay in receiving a car.
