- there was no record of the daily insurance Fee i had with kayak, leading to a confusing experience and conversation - i did not know there was a 2 hour pick up window and almost missed and (and was told i almost missed it) - there was no one there to receive the return, despite it being solidly in normal business hours. Instead, there was a sticky note on the door
Booked the car a very long time ago for covid reasons, budget honored the low rate a year later and I then upgraded the car for $15.00 a day to a full size SUV. Excellent service!

Never rent from here ever! Businesses with NO customer service deserve NO customers. Just a smile would be nice or maybe offering upgrades to the rental package... but the only thing you will receive from this Hurtz is the keys to a dirty car and bad start to your trip.

Hertz needs to have dedicated staff to clean vehicles, not making their office staff do double duty with cleaning cars and running the rental counter. Employee there seemed extremely stress, couldn't blame him. Also, car I rented was not clean inside or out. Had to clean it myself. Extremely long wait times to pick up and drop off.
Renting from Enterprise Watts Mill location was the best of all our rental experiences. The staff was awesome, We were given the vehicle we rented not a comparable. Location is easily accessible.
Didn’t have my car when we arrived. And didn’t bother to call to let me know. So I drove 40 minutes each way for no car on the morning of my trip.
Staff was very friendly and helpful...They also got us checked in and out very quickly. The van was very nice and it was worth every penny!!
When I got there they did not have any cars for me, none! And because it was so late, it was impossible for me to rent one somewhere else. I can’t believe you can take the money for insurance, and give the confirmation number when there is no cars available at all!
