Enterprise confirmed a booking for a car rental (online), charged my card but when I showed up to pick up the car, they told me that they are sold out.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. Very friendly. The car itself could’ve been in better shape. It shook and vibrated on the highway between 70-80mph. (The speed limit on FL highways is 70mph)
Staff was rude, car is old and in bad condition to drive.
Better customer service and better car.

This company is really bed! They offers card the actually don't have! I maked a reservation for commercial Ford mostang, I called to confirm that it really exists in the branch, than when I came they sat they don't have! And it happened twice, day after day. Don't rent from enterprise

I showed up and was told there was no car for me. That it would be 3-4 hours and they may have a car. How can I like anything about this? I had to take my family to my dad’s funeral in two Ubers.
If they know they won’t have a car could they call me? Cant they found a vehicle in another agency rather than having me show up on time to leave in absolute frustration? And telling me things like “at least you have not paid for it” or “you can try at the airport”. If there was a negative customer service score, this would be it.
Asked car was not there. Received car was overdue for maintenance more than 1 month.

Well I think the prices were way too steep Other than that is was good
We had booked to collect the car at midday on arrival we were informed there was no car available and they would hope to have something by 6pm when the shut. I don’t understand how you book car hire for a doe time and it not be ready.
I book a car a month in advance, I arrive at miami downtown Avis office car wasn’t available, no one informed me , no call no email , at the desk a very helpful agent Sebastian, very embarrassed for the situation, call customers service for me , customers service after long argument and transfer to many different agent ( 1 hour call) suggest to go to Avis airport to collect a car but fare was TRIPLE I book in advance for 250$ now new fare 750$ Take or leave , or came back the next day for 470 $ , all this unnecessary stress for some one in holiday for 5 days should not happened at a company like Avis, I use Avis all my long life but thank u no more , the service and experience was orribile for me wife and a toddler 1 year old

Charges were inflated due to location. I expected this, however I would appreciate a little better deal next time.
