We got a nice, clean car! When we voiced complaints, Yan Baturin was empathetic and tried to help as best he could. He is a good guy.
Our inbound flight was delayed, so we called to let Enterprise know. When we arrived, the car was not ready - it left the agency as we waited in the lobby...to get an oil change. It is ironic that we had to wait when we were already 3hrs delayed. Our wait time was approximately 30 minutes. The building that the agency is located was fairly dirty and messy. One entry door was inoperable. There were three agents in the office when we arrived and at one point there were no agents in the office for about 10 minutes. We were the only people the the building!
