Cheap Car Rentals in Central Business District, Rochester

We rented a tundra four-door pick up truck. It actually was with Enterprise at the airport not budget. But it didn’t matter to us, as the service was awesome! The Enterprise gentleman that helped us was named Nathaniel T Rothwell. He was professional, courteous, and helped us tremendously! Didn't get the car I requested, received a totally different vehicle, no discount applied. Shame really. The fella at check in was great, but the carr really should have been available.

I picked up my rental car in the morning while driving it a service engine light came on. I then had to drive back to the airport in peak travel time to exchange. I was not happy! It needed an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this rental company! The employees were very nice however it was extremely inconvenient for me!
