1. Charge for overall insurance coverage was excessive; Overall cost of car rental was expensive. 2. Did not receive any confirmation in writing (either printed or electronic) upon return of the car in Vienna at the Sixt office in the Vienna Hilton - did not receive any verification from Sixt upon drop-off of car regarding time of return, condition of car, fuel level, final price, etc.

They charged me extra day. I returned the car at 9:00 as it was agreed. Moreover, we arrived from France at 3:00 so I had to wake up 4 hours later, especially to return the car in time.

The car was great. Fuel efficiency is one of my main criterion and this car was excellent.

The drop-off location in Milano Centrale was hard to find in a little street very congested and not that near to the train station. I had to run to catch my train.

I got excellent service when I picked up the car. They gave me options to choose from and really went above and beyond what I normally expect from Hertz. (I have been a Hertz gold member for about 12 years). However when I got my receipt I found there was a $190 charge for "damage". There were some lousy pictures of the alleged "damage" but it looked like normal wear - maybe a suitcase dragged across the bumper as it was being pulled from the back of the vehicle. The "damage" would probably come out with a good car washing! So good car, excellent pickup experience but I leave feeling like I was ried off.

My dropoff location was different but in the same city as my pickup location. I liked that I wasn't charged any extra fees.

The car quality was mediocre. I couldn't get information on my international booking by contacting the 1-800 customer service.
