1. Charge for overall insurance coverage was excessive; Overall cost of car rental was expensive. 2. Did not receive any confirmation in writing (either printed or electronic) upon return of the car in Vienna at the Sixt office in the Vienna Hilton - did not receive any verification from Sixt upon drop-off of car regarding time of return, condition of car, fuel level, final price, etc.

They charged me extra day. I returned the car at 9:00 as it was agreed. Moreover, we arrived from France at 3:00 so I had to wake up 4 hours later, especially to return the car in time.
