Avis states they do not do credit checks but refused to take my debit card payment without checking my credit. I have never had my credit checked when obtaining a rental especially using a debit hard associated to a physical bank
Car was ready and very easy check in
Great and comfortable vehicle. It took less than a minute...really to turn the vehicle in. Very satisfying.
Car rental crew could not find car assigned to us. Gave us a substitute car that was not clean and smelled of cigarettes.
I eventually got a car and the staff was doing their best.
The place we were told to pick up our car was a damaged, closed building and we were stranded without a car. Support could not help us and we had to scramble to rent from another agency. Truly awful experience!
The car only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. The steering wheel mad noise. The interior was stained like someone had been murdered in the car. So many dents and scratches on the outside. For the money it was ridiculous.
I was unaware that the rental car place would be closed for the return.
I believe the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par and that time needs to be taken to shampoo the interior. The seats were stained and the carpet could have been vacuumed. It did not feel at all comfortable. I believe the outside only was washed and that was it.

This location always has you waiting for a car, the car had issues with a sensor that would flash at you while you drive and turn on and off. The radio system would just spontaneously restart while driving, and they have no room for drop offs the lot was overflowing and th car has to be street parked.
I arrived to the rental car area 1 hour after scheduled time and they informed me that since I was late, they had given car to another customer and didn't have one available for me.
the car was great. the only problem was the gas tank was not full when I picked it up.
I reserved a car. Paid for a Uber to get to the Budget location. Once I arrived, was told there actually isn’t a car available. Had to pay for another Uber home. Waste of my time and money. It’s okay that there isn’t a car but do have the courtesy to let customers know ahead of time.
I reserved a van over two months ahead of time. They called me at 8 PM the night before I was going to pick it up and told me there is no van. I had to go with a different company the next morning and pay twice as much. Making a reservation apperently does not reserve anything - be aware of this.
car was nice but i wasn't aware of the low amount of gas in vehicle and had to stop and put in gas which cost me $100.00 which i am only required to put in what was there when I picked it up which was 1/4 tank
I booked this car through your website but you guys contacted it through Priceline. Priceline changed the location from the Airport location to a location 30 minutes away. I had to pay more to book a car last minute at the airport.
The woman behind the counter was horrible. Genuinely the rudest woman I’ve ever met and I consistently work in war zones. Fire her.
