Cheap Car Hire in South Boston, Boston from ฿308

Agent tried to upcharge, seemed threatening when I declined. Vehicle interior was grungy dirty,no vacuum evident at airport site . Return attendant did not offer a receipt, I assume one will be electronically sent. I liked 24 hour operation

I rented through Costco. When I went to pick up my car, the service person said I was on the "do not rent to" list. I believe it had to do with a claim I filed last year that was resolved (or so I thought). The service person gave me a number to call and I got a voice mail twice which wasn't helpful - they never did call me back. The service person then made a few calls and finally agreed to rent to my husband. The service person was very helpful. It would have been nice to have known about this situation before showing up at the Budget counter.

Very comfortable, amazing gas mileage. Needs better signage to the downtown location at Seaport, (on the building) The rental agent was very helpful, efficient and pleasant.

Overall okay but return experience was terrible. Staff working there did not communicate what to do and when we asked he said "leave the keys in the car or keep them and we'll charge you $350, up to you."

Brittney in the 2 Seaport Lane office was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Airport counterstaff is friendly and efficient time saving process

We returned a day earlier than planned and Enterprise gave us credit for the unused day - which we appreciated. Really nice rental vehicle - only 6400 miles on it and very clean.
