Cheap Car Rentals in Bates-Hendricks, Indianapolis

Reserved a car in advance. It placed my pickup at the airport. When I called the terminal to confirm I found out they would not accept my debit card at the airport. I modified the reservation for in town pickup. The price almost doubled. I am an Enterprise plus member. I live in Indianapolis and have rented previously. Still wouldn’t accept my debit card. I was on a schedule and had to pay twice the money for the same car. Not happy

It was super easy! I booked through Kayak, received a call from Enterprise confirming my pickup. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

OMG! The prices are ridiculous.

Sucked all the way around the board. Will never use hertz again

They did not have a car. I secured the rental online. Went to the facility, waited 40 minutes in line only to be told they didn't have any cars. Very, very poor.

Car look like it hadn’t even been cleaned In many uses… Deposit fell off after a couple days but now there’s $100 charge for no reason that is still pending and has been for four days
