Easy pick up and drop of. All was well

We stood in line just under two hours. For much of that time the line was serviced by a single representative.

I made a reservation for a full size SUV. When I arrived, they had no vehicles available except for extended cab pickup trucks. There was a huge snowfall while we were in town and no place to keep our luggage out of the elements as the passenger compartment of the vehicle was filled with our family. Also, we were limited in our ability go sightseeing as we had no compartment in which to secure our luggage while away from the vehicle.

I pay a price of 103 online for 2 days rental car and when I went in person they said I own 127 dollars.

Need better indication that this location is offstation from the airport. I had to take Uber both to and from airport. Extremely inconvenient when traveling with a large family. Van didn't get all that great fuel economy.

I reserved the car 6+ months out, but Justin called from the branch in Salt Lake City the day before my pickup to check to see if there had been any changes in my arrival date or pickup time (there had been), and was there to greet us when we arrived. We picked up from the downtown location rather than the airport and were upgraded to a Mazda CX5, which fit our needs perfectly. We had a one-way rental with a drop off in downtown Las Vegas, but he told us we could drop off at the airport location if that ended up being more convenient at the end of our journey. It was and we did, where "Q" took care of us quickly and professionally, even having a driver take us to our terminal in the same vehicle so we didn't have to transfer our bags. I will definitely use Enterprise again for my car rental needs.

Easy. Too much $

I am having knee surgery month and I’m having a hard time when I walk long distances. I explained to the kind gentleman at the Salt Lake City airport, Avis drop off. He went out of his way, found a wheelchair, and took me to where I needed to be. He was very kind, I really appreciate this kind of service. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to find that in these times.
