Britney was so amazing and well represent by budget car rental she was super delighted with smile, very good customer service experience. I was very happy and pleased I will continue to come here were I was treated with respect and formal.

Customer service was terrible at pick up and the wait was long. They charged a different price than quoted. It was good at drop off.

We requested a car from the SLC airport and included our flight info. Flight didn’t land until 3. At the counter we were told we had to get our car from the downtown Herz office. We found a ride to that office and arrived to find they closed at noon. There was a guy in the office due to a plumbing issue who said they closed at noon and didn’t have any cars. They were closed on Sunday as well and wouldn’t be able to help until Monday. We needed the car Saturday afternoon until 10am Tuesday and we stayed an hour out of town. We had to find another rental option. This was a bad experience and a waste of time. We called and should be getting a refund.

I rented a car, prepaid and made the check in, all ready for just pick up and go, but when I arrived to the office, they told me that I had my license banned/blocked for a non-payment in a past claim damage, when supposedly was paid for my insurance company. I was hurry for get the car, so I didn't have time for ask to my insurance company what happened. It took me a couple hours even pay, because nobody knows why I was banned.

Windshield wiper was worn out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again

The desk agent was very helpful. The 2 attendants at pick-up were also very friendly.

They did not have car for me

Customer service generally is better w Enterprise than other companies but didn't have the car size that I reserved which was absolutely necessary for my trip/# of passengers/ cargo.
