I filled the car with gas before my return. They charged me for gas anyway, which is very dishonest. Two days later, they still haven't confirmed that I will be reimbursed.

If you don’t mind being surprised with last minutes fees and charges, advantage rent a car is for you. I needed a 4 day rental for a drive to Denver, but since I lived in the same city as where I chose to rent the vehicle, I was only allowed150 miles, and everything over that would be charged 50 cents per mile unless I bought a mileage package. This place is a joke... I will only rent from hertz from here on out!!

I had a guaranteed mid-size vehicle which I needed for extensive driving while in town. I arrived and only a minivan was available. After much arguing and waiting, and more waiting, a midsize came available. It smelled like smoke and had large burn holes on the seats and across the interior. not at all what I expected.

Gabe was very nice and the pick up process along with drop off was quick. Nice car with good gas mileage.

Car had pet hair in the back but Gabe compensated me for that. Also wish the payment options were more clear prior to pick up( debit vs credit payments). Overall it was great

I wasn't so disappointed. I thought it was going to be easy, but it wasn't what I expected. They asked for proof of residency and was asking for too much money. I didnt have everything I need to get my rental.

Signed up for a Rav 4 Toyota size vehicle for our two person trip but Enterprise did not have one. (We wanted the Rav 4 since I am thinking about buying one with my next auto purchase.) They substituted a larger SUV, Kia Sorrento which was much too big for two people. The car was not ready and the salesperson said it would take 10 minutes to vacuum the car. I waited and when the car was given to me it was dirty. I asked about why the car wasn't washed, he said I could wait longer. We also disputed about the negociated price including insurance cost. I drove the car and then returned it for a (hopefully) full refund, and then drove my own car.

Reserved car not available and they could have cared less. Service light came on in third day of 39 day lease and they advised to "just drive it"

Service was great. Car was great. Deal was great.

Thought the rental pick up and return was supposed to be at the airport. Had to take a cab to and from the location "close" to the airport. $10 each way, not a big deal but the inconvenience of loading and unloading an calling for a cab on return could have created a time problem. Closed at 6:00 during the week and at 12:00 Saturday. Not opened on Sunday.
