Cheap Car Rentals in Morrison/Eldredge Park, Santa Ana

Dear Sir my reservation has been cancelled upon Hertz solely decision why I’ve been charged. Please help and advise me with Your support to me as a user

Only thing that could have been better is that I didn't know the insurance I purchased through Kayak didn't cover everything, since in California you also need a life-insurance policy for drivers. That added another ~$20, which isn't much, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, just would have been nice to know beforehand. Maybe I missed it in the print somewhere.

We booked a rental car for Friday March 18th and Thursday March 17th in the evening we received a call that they did not have any cars available! Incredibly frustrating! We were stranded at our hotel, our expectation was that if we reserved a car there would be a car for us.

Great car. (With all the rental car challenges lately, I was especially happy with it.) Very good price, too, considering I dropped it off at a different location.
