I didn't realize I booked Avis offsight both for pickup and drop off. Susan was the nicest person and fixed everything for me so I could pick up and drop off on the airport grounds. I will definitely use Avis again and call Susan directly. She was great!!!

Kayak had cars available on its site for a one way trip where the Avis site had none.

This location was not at the airport like I thought - but their customer service was so good they called me the day before my pickup to make sure I knew I would have to get a ride to their location, but that by doing so, I was pry ably saving $200 on my total rental. Add to that, the gentleman who checked me in was was helpful, cheerful, and kind. Great experience.

I have the BEST experience ever with these folks at USave rental car. Amir came on time to pick us up at the airport and did the same for return. The car we got was in great shape, clean, comfortable and full of gas. Mark who did our paperwork was kind and professional. I would recommend this place to all my friends and families. I didn't realize it was in an off-airport location. That would have been OK if they had a shuttle to take me to the airport after drop-off, but their office closes at 4:30pm and I couldn't get there until 6:00. They told me I had to call Lyft or Uber, which was an extra step/cost.

Let all renters know that pick up is NOT at the airport and they need to catch a shuttle between posts 5 & 6. It was confusing. Otherwise it went very well.

I called several times the location directly and no reply , not even a recording to ask about courtesy shuttle . I then called your 800 number and told them what happened and still no assistance they just transferred me back to an automated system. Looks like Budget has ghost locations where they are “renting “ cars. I was going to waste my time to pay for an Uber to travel to a location where no one was working !!

The vehicle was not properly cleaned- the smell of cigarette smoke was apparent. When asked to switch vehicles there were no other options avaialble. Secondly, the tags on the vehicle were expiring at the end of the month, an officer brought that to my attention.
