When I arrived, I was told I was at the wrong Enterprise desk...and that the other one was closed. There were NO cars available, at any price (let alone the "bargain" price I had booked) and I had to take a much higher walk-up rate at Avis. Lucky for me I have credit and Avis had a car! Enterprise USED TO BE a reliable vendor, but I hear nothing good about them anymore.

Terrible experience- only 1/4 tank of gas in it when we got in it, maintenance light on because it needs oil change, car windows very dirty and could barely see out of front windshield when it started getting dark, smelled like smoke inside, brakes bad - had to push all the way to floor for them to work, extremely low tread on tires - the tech at tire shop noted it to me when I went by because the low pressure warning light came on the next morning after it sat overnight.

I loved the car. Great gas mileage and was comfortable.

The deposit still has not been credited to my account and when I booked it off of this website, it told me my total was $ 64.84 and I have been charged $279.73 !! That's horrible misrepresentation!

they guy who checked me in was the besttttt forgot his name unfortunately so positive welcoming friendly also I was running late checking out and the guy who checked me out was also the best! I was so nervous and in a hurry and he really helped

Car was nice, staff was nice. Pickup was okay. Drop off was good. Rate was good.

Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.

Staff was warm and helpful.

Car was a bit banged-up, but nothing impactful. Their computer system however would not accept my driver's license. Luckily it would my husband's, or we would have had a real problem.

Poor communication. Never received a vehicle so I was left stranded. Instead of just telling me a car was not available they strong me along for 24 hours. Busy holiday season and the middle of the Southwest screw up didn’t help the situation.

I reserved a minivan as we needed room for 7. They called me the day before my reservation was scheduled to say they did not have any vans or large suvs available despite the reservation.

AVIS IS A JOKE, PRICELIN, KAYAK, EVERYONE IS A JOKE. NO CAR AVAILABLE. NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANOTHER 10 PEOPLE WHO WERE STRANDED THE SAME AS ME. AVIS HAD THE LIST OF PEOPLE GOING TO PICK-UP CARS THAT MORNING, EVEN THEN THEY DID NOT THINK IT WAS IMPORTANT TO HAVE CARS AVAILABLE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. THIS IS UNHEARD OF. BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON. STAY AWAY FROM PRICELINE AND OTHER MIDDLEMEN. THEY DON'T CARE.

They did not have a car despite a reservation. A car reservation is not a promise on the part of Avis, just on the customer side. They totally suck.

Took my reservation, charged me $60 for insurance and then had no car. At least the agent called me an hour before pickup time to tell me they had no cars to rent.

At the Loews Hotel Hertz counter the employee, Randy, was wonderful even under stress. I usually only use Enterprise but Randy made using Hertz a pleasure!

I did not like that Herts tried to charge me $40 when I could not change my original reservation to start earlier so I canceled that reservation and made a new one for the same dates and pick up and drop off just longer house and upgrade of car. Hurts was going to charge me a $40 cancellation fee.

The car had XM radio and a USB jack

The car was super expensive and they charge you extra for your spouse to be on the car. Enterprise has never done this and offers it for free to the spouse.

The employee I worked with was apologetic and tried to help.

Reserved the car online but they didn't hold my reservation due to a computer issue on their end. I had to then book a car on the spot and will have to contact customer service to get a refund for the original reservation.

I made an off-airport reservation at a midtown Atlanta location. Then, 30 min, later received a call from that location saying---"Don't come, we don't have cars." (And would not have cars the following day, either.) If you know you won't have cars at a location, don't take reservations for cars at that location!

Nothing!!!

They cancelled the rental at the last minute since they didn't have any cars. Attempts to resolve the situation with both the rental location and Hertz customer service did not receive a response. I was attempting to visit a serially ill relative and was stranded without a car! Please have some one in your organization contact me to discuss this problem.
