Cheap Car Rentals in Kamms Corner, Cleveland

The car was quite clean, but the fragrances of the cleansers they used were headache-inducing. I drove with the windows cracked and circulated fresh air for the first day. By Day 2 it was fine. Surely they could leave windows open after cleaning to let those odors air out?

Everything went very well, car was nice and no issues - just the prices right now on rentals are out of control - but having rented so far in advance sure helped, could have been worse.

I was charged 77 bucks for a more expensive vehicle when they ran out of the model I had already paid for. I then waited for 1.5 hours for them to provide me with the car.

Car start with problems in the border with Canada. I called roadside assistance. Start a claim, call get disconnected. I've to go all the way back to USA the closest location for a rental exchange. They said nothing was on file. I tried to call roadside again. No luck. I've to cameback to my city. For my good luck nothing else happened

I left a pair of sunglasses in the rental and after realizing it 15 minutes after drop off and returning to the Hertz drop off to retrieve my sunglasses, customer service was extremely terrible and that I had to wait 30 minutes only to be told that they could not retrieve my sunglasses as they were unable to locate them. Knowing with 100% certainty that they were in fact in the vehicle and given how the events unfolded after the fact, I will never book with hertz or dollar again. I am a frequent traveler, and I will not support these companies. I feel so bothered by this incident that I actually took the time to fill this out when generally, I never write anything as I’ve always had pleasant experiences with other rental agencies. This speaks volumes to me.

Arrived to pick up the car and was informed they didn’t have it. They could not offer me another vehicle that was similar. I was never even contacted prior. Terrible.

The professionals at Enterprise made a very difficult travel day much easier. They were prompt, pleasant and helpful.

The car was a little dirty in the outside— streaks on the glass made it hard to see out with the sun/glare. Returning the car the day of the snowstorm really slowed us down and we might have missed our flight. I would suggest speeding that part up if possible (more frequent shuttles etc).

The first car we got keys for smelled like cigarette smoke. The second car was dirty inside with finger prints and smudges everywhere. It was obvious this car had not been disinfected after its last use. My husband had cancer treatment recently and I wasn’t happy he was driving a dirty car. We weee late to where we were going so we didn’t have time to get a third car swap.

Overall a great experience with Budget!

My issue is with Kayak, actually. I had selected CLE Hopkins Intl for pickup and drop off. Apparently the car I chose from your list was at a location 20 miles away from the airport. The confusion meant I had to upgrade to a minivan for $30 more. Not happy. When someone wants an airport pickup don’t give them a downtown car and expect me to spot the error.

Poor Customer Service and walked 4 times to the parking lot to finally get a car

My flight number and arrival information was not populated in my itinerary so I had to go to the preferred counter instead of straight to my car. I blame Kayak for this, not Avis
