It was rough. They didn’t have my car ready and cleaned, so they had to take extra time to clean it. Secondly, they didn’t have a charger for me, so I had to use super chargers. Thirdly, the car broke down twice on the freeway. It was a pretty poor experience, and honestly, I don’t want to drive a Tesla ever again with Hertz

Telsas make terrible rental cars. They had issues at pickup that made it very long to get the car. There's no good way to get a hold of Hertz when there's an issue with the rental car and you have to travel all the way back to the location to talk to anyone.

I had to drive the first car I picked back right as I left because as I was leaving they found out it was needing some maintenance, the car they put me in to replace it was a gold car so I figured it would be nicer but the system felt outdated and there was slightly less room in the car. The drop off also felt lacking as I just left the keys in the car but never got a drop off confirmation or final receipt

Waited for nearly an hour after arriving at the Payless rental area. They were understaffed and slow. My first car had a broken seat, broken USB port, smelled like smoke, was dirty, and covered in scratches. They offered me a smaller car immediately, which I had to take because I was late to an appointment after waiting too long. Will not use them, or Avis or Budget ever again.

It is a get what you pay for. Car worked fine but definitely has a lot of bumps and bruises. Lots of scratches and dents. I brought the car back after hardly driving any miles. I really only needed it to go back and forth to the airport. I filled it up even though I receive the car with 3/4 of a tank. I mentioned that the tire pressure indicator was showing the back right tire was low. The person accused me of possibly hitting something without even looking at the car. I travel a lot. Won’t be using this car rental agency again

WHEN I TELL YOU THAT EASIRENT MAY BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WORK WITH! I hope I have your attention now. Let me explain my Dallas trip. I had used Easirent during the first half of my vacation in Austin so I was already familiar with the company. This part of the trip I had assumed my Amtrak train would be slightly delayed but wasn't anticipating 2 hours worth of delay. (Important note: CHECK the hours of the offices, it varies from location to location). By the time my Lyft got us to their office they were closed but I spotted an employee locking up. After explaining the situation to her and her manager they let me pick up my rental. Everyone was extremely kind and I'm so grateful that my first semi solo trip to Texas was made so much easier with their Austin and Dallas teams.
