The customer service at this location was terrible. I purchased collision coverage through Kayak. Enterprise didn't accept the insurance. Well, they never heard of the insurance carrier, so they didn’t accept it. I say they, because the manager and another employee were both giving me the runaround. Telling me, if something happened to the vehicle, I’d be liable for the damages. They said, the damages would need to be covered under my car insurance, then I would need to seek reimbursement through Kayak. They pushed their insurance coverage on me. That’s what they are trained to do. They had me over a barrel. I was heading on a trip. Worst management team. The car was a scratched to hell all over the place. Banged up too. I didn’t care because I had purchased their full coverage. They gave me the dumpy car.
