The car was filthy. The driver-side window didn't work; it kept going down and would not let you close it without trying to raise it multiple times. The car wasn't ready for pickup. We had to wait 6 hours before we could get a filthy car with less than a quarter of a tank.
Staff was friendly and honest.
The problem wasn’t enterprise. I booked a car through a third party and when I got there there were no cars and couldn’t get me one until the following week. I know there were no cars at the airport so I took and Uber into the city only to find out there were no cars so had to Uber back to the airport and $50 each way. I was hoping to rent the car and drive 5 hours to see my mom who is not doing well. I had to get a hotel room then fly out the next after noon.
Site let me reserve and pay for a car but then they had none. In fact, they told me that they had 80 new reservations when they arrived that morning and only 10 cars to rent so 70 people were left out in the cold.
The guys at enterprise were great. The computer went down when I went to check in which added a few minutes but wasn’t bad. The insurance through the website is not the same insurance as at the rental place also there is a $300 deposit which is affordable
My reservation was confirmed but when I got to the AVIS location no cars were available. Clerk was not useful in finding another location that had a car available.
We were charged much more than what we booked for because of the wrong location.
I expected a ford transit but got a chevy express. the express is a little taller and a bit more difficult for seniors to enter. It drove fine and was not a major issue. overall an excellent value for the week
Pick up location was not correct - could have been clearer.
The agent was extremely unfamiliar with car features and gave inaccurate details with little interest in being of concern for my inquiry about the car features. He should have education on what features are truly in the cars
The car was very nice. They even upgraded me when I had to return the car because of a tire issue (no fault of theirs). Treated very well.
I made a reservation for a car rental only for Hertz to tell me they did not have a car and told me they would call me when they did. They never called and I called them 3 times to find out what the status was. They told me that they cancelled my rental and that I would not be able to rent one. So I called Hertz directly and they said they had cars available at a much higher rate. This was disappointing and what a hassle. I was in real bind and had to borrow a car for a week and do Uber on some days. So this was a bad experience and truly dissatisfied with what happened.

The washer fluid was empty and the cap missing. This became an issue driving 2000+ miles.
The manager was very helpful but it was unfortunate we had to involve the manager.
Not given a hard time about prepaying for a car and telling me there were not cars to rent and that prepaying with Hertz was pointless. This was a quote from the front desk individual.
