i booked a van with enterprise through Kayak on my family vacation. when i get there, not only did they not have the 15 passenger van i booked. they had nothing so my family and i were running silly trying to find something else. HORRIBLE.

I had selected Denver international airport as the location. When I arrived at the airport Avis they did not have a reservation for me… your company failed to connect the dots on the arrival location for selected and the arrival location you sent to Avis. You failed.

The manager was very helpful but it was unfortunate we had to involve the manager.

Not given a hard time about prepaying for a car and telling me there were not cars to rent and that prepaying with Hertz was pointless. This was a quote from the front desk individual.

the car was fine and the drop off experience was fine

The location in Denver where I was supposed to pick up my car called me the morning of pickup and left a voicemail saying simply "We don't have your car. Goodbye." After several frantic phone calls, they managed to arrange another car for me but it was very stressful.

Please give drop off instructions for when location is closed. I was pretty freaked out when I drove back to return the car to a closed location without any heads up. There were no written instructions on the materials I was given either.

Returned the car with over a quarter tank of gas, o was charged $103 for fuel, which seemed very expensive, with no explanation

Absolutely nothing.

I rented a van from Sixt for 5 days. My family was traveling from Denver into the mountains after arriving to the airport. We had to take a train downtown because the booking was not made for the airport. I had called to change this, but they told me it was not possible.... the day we arrived they confirmed the car was ready for pickup. We arrive by 430pm and they inform me there is a hold on my account. I asked what this meant and they informed me ‘they have no access to see why there is a hold and they also would not be able to give me the rental car.’ They told me ‘I had to contact their corporate customer service to resolve this issue’ - but they were closed because it was Sunday afternoon. They left us stranded downtown with no rental car and no explanation as to why they wouldn’t give us the car we prepaid for and had confirmation of reservation.
