Rented car through Hertz with Kayak, got to location for 12Noon rental at 12:05. Location was closed. Should not allow pickup AT closing time.

Booked with you all for a different location then wasn’t “allowed” to drop off to my selection point. Had to cancel last day and was only given $15 back for loss of a whole last day. Hertz informed me I was not allowed to drop off car at airport with a lock box or drop keys somewhere. Then when I took car a day early to Hertz in Port Charlotte, the manager told me I actually could have dropped off key to Punta Gorda airport, which was my original plan. Lost lots of money including paying fir Uber rides because I no longer had rental car. Horrible experience

I never received my car. I had a 12pm pick up from a location that closed at 12pm. How does that make any sense. Clearly a faulty system. When I arrived at 12:18, there was no one around for help. They were then closed until 2 days later. I was stranded and had to rent a car from someone else. But it gets even better, Hertz still charged me for the car I never used! Terrible service

Reserveda cargo van on line, confirmation# included, showed up and they told me they had no vans for at least 4 months. Vans should be taken off you web site.

Davis staff did a great job. It was rainy in Ft. Lauderdale and I made my reservation an hour before pick up. When they received my information they called me to inform me they may not have a car as many renters had not returned their vehicle. We went to the facility anyway where they did have a car ready. The staff had it clean and out of the water that had accumulated in the parking lot.

Booked a same day car and showed up 2 hours early, ended up getting a fantastic vehicle and timely service. Easiest drop of in Ft Lauderdale, especially if you’re taking Southwest, as they are both at Terminal 1.

I requested airport pickup and drop off, didn't notice the confirm had an off site location. Had to take Uber to the location and pay extra to drop off at the airport.

Charged for Accident insurance which was declined at the time of pick-up (I have the Agreement). Currently dealing with Cust Svc. This (non-airport) agency did not have my reserved car available even though I confirmed day before. Waited 1.5 hours for a car I didn't want. Car had no wiper fluid in it... poor Agency. Do not use this one

I thought I was picking up at the airport, but it wasn't that budget. I had to take a cab to get to the location which was many miles away and cost me an additional $30.

First guy in Charleston told us it would be $210 at pick up and made us buy the fuel package (so we didn’t have to fill up before we dropped off the car) and told us that they charge for a full tank and refund you the difference based on fuel level at drop off. (LIE) the woman at drop off refused to refund the difference (we dropped off with half a tank left) she made us leave and drive 10 minutes to the nearest gas station and fill up (only cost $20 and they tried to charge $80) and after dropping it off she tried to charge us extra for the time we had the car!! We had it less than 24 hours and she tried to charge us 2 days rate. She finally gave up trying to rob us but delayed us just enough time to miss the shuttle and have to pay to get to our cruise. Never will we use Budget car rental again!!!

We ordered a minivan rental at one location in ft Lauderdale and i called twice and was told that it was available but could not be picked up early. when I called the second time they told me said the vehicle was now not available to be picked up at that location and that i was to pick it up at the Fort Lauderdale airport location. Upon arrival my husband was told the vehicle was no longer available AND that if we wanted another vehicle that we would only be able to acquire an SUV and that we would have to pay WAY more than the original quoted price. I called customer service and was told to talk to the location of where we were returning the vehicle and that could adjust the price. Then when i spoke to them they said it was an error on the original locations part and that i needed to speak with them. I am at my wits end with this error and considering that this all occurred during the time of hurricane Irma it is seriously starting to feel like price gouging and i am prepared to leave a bad review on all sites if necessary if this is not resolved.
