The process was seamless, the car was clean and drove great, and the return took less than 5 minutes. All for a great price. This is not my first excellent experience with Enterprise. They will be my go-to rental company from now on.
When I showed up they had no cars available and tried to send me 40 minutes away to get a car. When I tried to go to a more convenient location they said it would cost $150 extra.
Everything was overall very good. Make sure you turn in the car at the correct time and ensure you’re booking details are accurate.
Reserved a car in advance. It placed my pickup at the airport. When I called the terminal to confirm I found out they would not accept my debit card at the airport. I modified the reservation for in town pickup. The price almost doubled. I am an Enterprise plus member. I live in Indianapolis and have rented previously. Still wouldn’t accept my debit card. I was on a schedule and had to pay twice the money for the same car. Not happy
It was super easy! I booked through Kayak, received a call from Enterprise confirming my pickup. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
They were an hour and 30 minutes late on having car ready which it me behind on my schedule. Instead of driving till midnight I was driving till 1:30am on my first planned leg of my trip.

The person at the desk at the location in Downtown Indianapolis was very helpful. When we weren't able to leave the garage, she came out to help. When we were returning the car she stayed on the phone with us so we could navigate the confusing parking structure. She also gave us great tips on where to visit and which roads to take/avoid due to scenery or road maintenance.
