Drop off was excellent. Pick up was the complete opposite. Long line with only one agent, car was not ready and needed cleaning, not easy when the weather is cold and wet and you have young kids. The car itself was small but fine and ran well.
Have never had a better experience with a rental car staffer! He was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. This experience alone makes me want to book with Sixt again!
Azeem the agent and the manager , Nav, were very nice and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and this was the fastest pickup, cleanest car and I loved that it was paperless. Rent from them at Shepherd’s Bush in London. You will for once leave a car rental place in a good mood!
The office was closed and could not get through to any representatives on a call. Understand that we are in unprecedented times but unacceptable to allow booking (which was made the night before) for closed locations which forces customers to expose themselves more.

The customer service, both phone and email (never received a response). The drop-off at a different location was painful. Adding a driver was also painful since there was no Sixt in Liverpool, as I was told there was.

The back hatch was previously damaged and would not open normally. We had to jump on the bumper or drive over a curb to open it.
