Overall great, got upgraded for no charge & the price was excellent!
There is a lot of pressure on the salespeople to sell the insurance along with the car- I already had insurance and they really pressured me to get the next level up of insurance on the car.

There were very helpful, friendly, and with a very positive attitude. I would definitely rent again at that location.
Booked for pickup at LAX but the reservation somehow showed another location and for only one of the two days I prepaid for. The counter agent offered a smaller car for triple the prepaid price. I had to cancel the bait and switch

I agreed to rent the car at Burbank airport but when I arrived they had no cars and told me to go to Reseda to pick one up, a 20 minute drive. It was classic bait and switch.

Didn't supply hand controls in violation of the ADA. Customer service was appalling and mostly unreachable .

I reserved the car but when I took a 78$ Uber to this location they said that they don’t have it. Bad service and did not give any other options. Went next door to enterprise can rental and got the car for the same price. Really poor experience. Can’t recommend to anyone.

car had a mechanica issue and Hertz sent me to 2 closed offices to replace car, resulted in me having to drive 50 miles to get replacement car, after finding my own replacement office
Good rate, no huge surcharge for airport drop-off, very good service near LAX for return

The car was clean
I supposted to pay 50 dollars but because I am not 21 yet I had to pay extra 49 dollars. Which in the receipt it didn't said under 21 fee. It just wrote extra service.
