No one was attending upon my return and the car was not clocked in until three hours later.
The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.
Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.
Staff was great and prompt. Everything was taken care of quick and they were thorough.
The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.
It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Well done Enterprise.
The car needs either an alignment or tires need to be balanced. otherwise it was an excellent vehicle

Good job, but wanted different car.
There's only one Employee @ this location and that Employee is doing, processing rental agreement, taking customers to the second floor. Just one person. and if you call ahead of time you won't get anyone on the phone. F****ing corporate America at it's best. What else is new right? ✌
Car smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke....no time to deal with it at pickup and so had to smell that for three days....very upsetting.

Felix at downtown mpls avis was great
Cancelled the reservation because u charge .25 each mile over 1,050. Went to hertz, no extra charge
The car and the price were good. The execution of the contract was inefficient as I had to renue a second contract for the second month and it wasnt easy. Also the price ended up being more than the original quote by about $150 but was still a reasonable price.
Charged $100 more than reservation stated. Customer service department would not correct the day the car was turned in. Told me I should call back in 48 hours. Poor service.
The staff was very helpful. The downtown Minneapolis location could use a little spiffing up but the service was excellent.
The fact you don't take debit cards is discriminate. I was put in a bad spot.
I was able to drop the car off at the airport.
When communicating by phone I would have liked to talk to someone in Minneapolis or at least the US not someone out of the country. I would have liked to pick up my car at the airport or at least provided with a free shuttle to downtown Minneapolis.
Just I want get a monthly round $400 to keep rents for longer month
