I don't have any complaints.

Need more lighting in the drop off area at night.

I arranged a ride to pick up the vehicle and when I got there, they said they cancelled my reservation because there were no cars available anymore. I had purchased insurance through kayaks website (Allianz) and hope I can get that refunded.

On pickup they tried to give us dirty cars. They were not very friendly. The car we finally accepted needed service (the message was on the entire time we had the car) and, the car was dirty, but not as dirty and smelly as the first 3 they tried to give us. On the flip side they picked us up after our flight in a very timely manner and drop off was easy. Both ways the shuttle person was very engaging and spoke highly of the company. When we dropped off the car, the staff inside was not rude like the staff was when we picked up. The price was fair.

They / you told me to drop off the car in the wrong location. When I went to drop it off, they told me “it’s actually not here but somewhere else”. So i then had to go there. That screwed up my day a lot.

Searched for and wanted the airport in MSP however, it was booked offsite, charged $100 to correct it. Long line at pickup with only one person working, Once checked in I was sent to another long-understaffed line.

Check-in and drop-off agent was very good - efficient and friendly.

Awful. Kayak allowed me to select a pick up time that was after Budget closed. I got there 5 minutes before they closed and they refused to help me. They said that their computers “lock” at closing which was not true. Terrible experience with both Kayak and Budget.

The clerk at Minneapolis site on 229 South 10th was very helpful. Pickup was smooth and quick.
