They didn't have the compact car we reserved, and made us pay $60 for the next car up or we would have had to wait until another car came in. Also, the garage attendants made us pay $20 in cash (had to be cash) because we brought the car in 12 minutes late. Robbery.

Agent was very rude and was not listening to what I needed so I had to repeat myself several times. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

Pick up was horrible. Waited 30 minutes per customer in line. Was in line around 90 minutes. Representative was not helpful and instead of helping with credit card on the forefront he made us take care of us upon arriving at the airport which made us almost miss our flight because we had to wait in at least a 45 minute line there as well. Very disappointed with our experience however the car was nice and seemed clean.

First location had a line 2 hours long - switched location and was promptly helped. Location for drop off was closed and wait time on hold was 1 hour+. Some employees at Budget were great to work with - others were very difficult.

It was a four hour wait to be able to get the car from the rental place. They didn't have adequate staff to accommodate the number of people renting cars. I had to cancel the reservation after waiting an hour and being told that it was going to take another three hours and go to Newark to rent a car so we wouldn't miss a high school graduation. It was a terrible and stressful experience.
