The car was at another site from the airport. I paid $15.00 for a cab to get to the Hertz site. I was informed to return the car on Sunday morning to the same location. In order to cancel my reservation a return trip to the airport would be needed. I had several meetings to attend that day. October 23, 2022, Sunday morning the plane departure at 6:44 am. I contacted via phone Hertz and was informed it was a prepaid account, I made an attempt to get a cab at the airport at 4:00 am, and no cabs available. I returned the car at the airport with Hertz. It was very frustrating, and uneasiness. How can I return a car at another site with no cab available, and the possibility of no one to pick me up, and to return to the airport. It would have been better for me to return the car to the airport. Eventually, I returned the rental to the airport due to no transportation to the airport at 4:00 am.
