At least a month ahead of time I reserved a 15 passenger van to take children to camp. The day before I was to pick up the van, an Enterprise employee called to say that the van was not available. The employee offered no help to remedy the situation; she just kept saying, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." I live in a rural area where the closest rental car agency is at least an hour's drive away. Though I didn't want to rent from Enterprise again, the Richmond, VA airport location had a van available. So I drove 2.5 hours one way to get it. That transaction, both pick up and return went very well. Except for the last minute cancellation, I was pleased.
