Nothing. My husband’s flight was delayed and when he got there, the lady at the counter said they were closed and left. He never got his car, and he and my daughter had to call a taxi back to the airport to get another car. So we basically paid for two car rentals, since everyone is saying it’s not their problem we never got a car

Not sure how I went from $150 paid when making the reservation to $300 when I get to the counter for checkout. The location is also terrible... drop offs after hours are a headache. They make it seem simple, but the store is on a busy street with no parking to drop off the vehicle.

It’s not near the airport. Had to adjust my reservation and they took complete advantage of that by making me upgrade my vehicle in order to accommodate me.

Customer experience was unreal. Never have I had a worst experience. Vendor cancelled my rental. Wouldn’t work with me on creating a new contract. Hung up on me after asking for options. Very disappointed in the interaction and experience. If a deal is to good to be true, is it?
