Refused to accept card they already charged. Even with a card they would accept they wouldn’t keep the pricing. Mind you they had already charged a rental fee and a deposit that would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Then they wanted literally double the price to keep the rental and “could not” change cards in the office so I had to call the 800 number and wait 1 hour and 17 minutes to get the fee “reduced” to 1and a 1/3 the original price and pay a new deposit. Mind you they had already charged the deposit once that I wouldn’t get back for 7to 10 days. In short my 4 day $180 deal wound up at $859 out the door. I am supposed to get half my money back as refunded deposits but we will see.

I rented an electric vehicle (by accident), and the staff was super friendly but didn't have any advice about how to bring it back charged. I didn't a couple of hours of my rental researching, then charging, the car.
Do you have loyalty program? I am a Realtor, so I need cars for business, every day. Any discount for Realtors?

Service was fast and the ladies were very nice.. I didn't like the way they split the charges of the essential services just in order to upsell unfairly.
The van is in good condition. The checkin and checkout process is fast.
