Never AGAIN!

NEVER AGAIN! This was booked less than a week before for car to be picked up on the Wed eve of Thanksgiving. They failed to disclose that they were not located with the other rental car companies at the airport, and that you have to take a 2nd shuttle that you call for to get to their lot. I started calling at 4:30pm and after 30 minutes of calling with no answer (once someone answered and hung up the phone), I took a cab to their lot only to find they were closed!!!! Took cab back to the airport and rented from Alamo, and the charge ended up being $110 less then Payless for the 3 day rental.

Surprised by non-airport location. Long wait for pickup vehicle. Off-airport location with 5:00 pm closing time weekdays. Car needed exterior wash.

The price was affordable...staff was pleasant. Car was clean.

They don't tell you that you have to take a second shuttle from the first shuttle at Midway. The pick up office is so tiny, my luggage had to be brought in each piece at a time, since it wouldn't fit through the doorway. Only 2 people could wait in the office, it was so small. The parking lot does not have a drive to drop off car, so you just park it anywhere. No one tells you to write down your own mileage and bring it to the desk.

Clean well maintained and comfortable. Drove to NYC and back to Chicago for a wedding and was very happy.

Drop off was a bit long but not due yo employees but very rude customer. Handled well by person checking us in.

You desperately need to fix your system's integration with Enterprise's system. I modified the booking a couple times on Kayak, but Enterprise didn't get alerted to the modification. The emails I received from Kayak had the wrong pick-up locations for Enterprise, but again, because Kayak didn't properly relay the pick-up location to Enterprise, I ended up going to the wrong location. This costed me $40 to take an Uber to the correct location as well as a 2-hour delay in pick-up, almost causing me to miss my drop-off time. I should get some credit for this hassle, which is totally Kayak's fault.

They treated me very bad they made me wait for 2 hours they were late then changed the book car then wanted to charge me 360 dollars not the amount that was on your application. It was bad I had a child with me and travel bags and the employee refused to use any other type of payment except my credit card which didn’t have that much money I want a compensation for my lost time lost money my agony long wait and missed work day. Unprofessional unacceptable.

Hated all aspects and how they treated me really bad and made me wait two hours although I booked a day before didn’t pick us up and still told us to go get coffee while we wait. It was 45 min and extended to two hours then it was a different car and extraaaaaaaa money not the amount on ur app or even close. 360 dollars for whaaaaat???

I made my reservation for MDW, airport location, and was told I made for off site location on Pulaski? Why would I do that if I’m flying into Midway!? I’m not walking or ubering to an unknown location to me.

I reserved my car from Chicago branch but I pick up my car from Schaumburg, IL location. This was GREAT! Unfortunately I reserved my car with $70 something but Schaumburg brach charged me more which was not acceptable but but I said OK because I was in need to pick up the car to commute to Chicago while there was a rumor on the news about the "state lockdown". Also I had a drop of location in Boston but when I called the Cambridge brach the gentlemen said "you can drop off my location". So this was great again. I didn't have to go to Boston branch for drop off.

I really appreciate about the fast and easy pick up and drop off process and friendly associates. I rented the car for two days but I arrived to Chicago in one day.SO if I new that if I drop off the car in one day I'll be charged just for one day I would go and drop off the car earlier and save money while I already charged extra at the pick up location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Drop off was easy.

I reserved an Enterprise Rental for pick-up at O'Hare, or I thought I did. When I got to O'Hare, the Enterprise manager stated my pick-up location was in the City of Chicago and this happens when booking through 3rd parties like Kayak. Took an extra 15 minutes. Better disclosures!!!!

Car fit 7, and took us safely out of town and back (about 500 miles)

The rental location's staff was rude and overcharged for insurance I already purchased without telling me. They also held $200 on my card which was not disclosed on this website. Their hours was 8am to 4pm and they where closed Monday (for labor day), didn't have a dropbox and excepted me to return the car the next day when I wouldn't be avialable (and I heard them give another person to option to return the car somewhere else without asking). I ended up returning the car to the airport location 5mins away after call Hertz directly. Also, the car smelled like someone had been smoking in it for days.

The staff in Atlanta was very friendly and helpful.

Very slow processing for pickup. Car did not have useful features like unlock key fob or working bluetooth.

The staff was very friendly and nice.

The quality of the car was really bad. Stained cloth seats, ripped floor carpet, wiper blades in poor condition, fuel gauge and fuel port were faulty. They only had 1 car available in the class I requested and hence, I was stuck with it even though i pointed out some of the issues.

There was only one person manning the counter at pickup even though there were other employees there and a line of 6 people. Dropoff wasn't very clear as he didn't explain how the final part of the fee would get charged, but it was quick. Really liked the car I drove - Ford Fiesta.

Honestly, the price seemed very high for only 4 days. I felt a bit taken advantage of.
