The Enterprise agent steam determined to increase the price of the rental
You desperately need to fix your system's integration with Enterprise's system. I modified the booking a couple times on Kayak, but Enterprise didn't get alerted to the modification. The emails I received from Kayak had the wrong pick-up locations for Enterprise, but again, because Kayak didn't properly relay the pick-up location to Enterprise, I ended up going to the wrong location. This costed me $40 to take an Uber to the correct location as well as a 2-hour delay in pick-up, almost causing me to miss my drop-off time. I should get some credit for this hassle, which is totally Kayak's fault.
Great and low price
Car rental company was closed when we arrived on Saturday 2p.m. Had to take a taxi to midway airport to a different Enterprise dealer who gave us a car but for double the price!! Never will I book a car again this way!
The helpfulness of the employee that gave me the keys and stated if I encountered any problems to contact them and gave me the business card. If it were one but more than two employees to complete the total car handoff process. I just got a little confused which one I was supposed to address.

Car rentals are a total scam. Someone made a mistake on this rental (maybe me) and reserved it at the wrong location. (Chicago city instead of Chicago airport) It was rebooked at more than double the price. And then they have the unmitigated gall to charge me $15/day for a toll pass to handle $4 in tolls. Because there are no toll booths any more. I don't know why it seems normal to browse for prices like "$45/day" and then pay $200/day instead. Car rentals are just a *&($#& scam and you guys are no help in navigating it. Disgraceful. Why can't we browse by the *actual* price we expect to pay? Why is there this endless list of add-on fees and taxes? Why is it that after chiseling me out of all the money with the fees and toll plates, they are free to chisel me out of gas money? It's just a *&#$^* scam from one end to the other, but sadly it's very hard to get to some places without it. Kayak could do a much better job trying to help, but you don't.
Our car was not available at Hertz. And as of today I still have not been refunded for the insurance package. Absolutely pitiful program that allows people to rent cars that don't exist and get charged for insurance on a car that does not exist.
The car was ok. It obviously wasn’t checked for the issue with the driver’s side door. There was a creeking noise. I ended up having to call roadside assistance because the door would not close. I got a text message saying the ETA was 2 minutes. They showed up 3 hours after the initial call. Very poor communication between Hertz and the tow truck company. I was told that I can exchange the car at the airport. There were no cars available at the airport. Clearly there there is no communication between customer service and the rental location. After all was said and done I lost 5 hours because of the poor level of service from Hertz. Very disappointed.
Hertz did not have a car despite reservation. Had to look elsewhere and spent $1100 rather than the initial $300. Terrible job, Kayak!

There was not the vehicle promised and no solution. I ended up not using the service.
I never got my pre payed rental & took 1-2 days to even get an apology.
Have the vehicle available for use per agreement. Very, very simple!
