Pick up was smooth, car was as described
I returned the car early (after just 1 day instead of 1 week as originally planned). The clerk explained that the computer wasn't working so she would send me an email with the final receipt. When I checked my emails a few hours later, I saw that she emailed me the receipt and it was for a full week rental rather than prorated for my 1 day rental. I called the local agency right away but the call was transferred to a national customer service office, and the person I spoke with said he would correct the mistake and email me the corrected receipt. Bin ever received it, so the next day I called the local agency again and spoke to the clerk, who then made the correction and sent an email with the correct amount billed. So a lot of extra effort and time needed on my part to fix their mistake.
