Nothing to like

Everything, they ran out of cars to rent. Staff lied to me that I would have a car, guaranteed I would have one by the end of the day. No phone call and wouldn't return my phone call.

Overall everything was great. Our reservations through Kayak we to be a vehicle pickup at the airport, it was off premises, but the Entrrprise st the airport was very prompt and took care of the situation. Thank you Enterprise

Rented a large size car, they gave me a Nissan Sentra. This car was a 2016, with 10,000 Miles millage, had a flat tire and had to pay 90 dollars to have a new tire. When we arrive there, I had to call my insurance co. in Canada. to proved the young black lady in the office that I had all the covers on my policy. She talked with them for almost Half an hour on my cell phone for getting from them by fax all the documents she was asking for. I have rented many cars in my life and never had a service like this before. I was so angry when I left the place. I told Juan a very nice and polite gentlemen who is working there all my worries about was going there, he said that he was going to talk to Mike and see what Mike will do about it. Now I'm back to Canada and trying to find a document that will prove that I asked for a Large size car and they gaved me a compact one. What a shame. managers were amazing to work with .

the fact that i had a reservation and when i got there had to wait an hour for a car. had to be driven by manager (THANK YOU JOSH!) who went out of his way to finally get me in a car. reservation with no car = not likely to return.

My car was not ready when I arrived. I asked them to call when my car was ready and nobody ever called. I called back several times to find out what happened and got no answer. I never got a rental car and it messed up my entire day.
