Cheap Car Hire in Two Bridges, New York from ฿380

I had trouble canceling on the website and didn’t get through to any kind of customer service until it was within the 24 hr cut off . They charged me $100 for canceling within 24 hours!

My travel pans changed and I had to return the car early. I was not reimbursed for the days that were not used.

The staff told me my credit card was damaged and ultimately declined to rent me a car that was paid for with the same card. I understand policy is what the business dictates. The problem was all the extra talking , employees not being well versed on that policy, & the time I wasted going to that location. 2 out of 10 is my rate of the place.

There were no cars when I went to go pick up my reservation. They had 12 parties waiting for up to an hour and a half to get a car that they had reserved. They didn’t offer me a toll pass for my reservation. Also, they never emailed me a confirmation after drop off and when I called customer service, they had charged a $30 late fee, which wasn’t right.

Extremely hard and almost impossible to get a rental without a reservation. Outrageous prices! If I wasn’t desperate to get home I would never have used there service. I can say the women who helped me did was she could and went above and beyond, or at least made me feel that way. It’s hertz corporate that’s the problem. Criminal how they operate.

We arrived at exactly the drop-off time (10pm) and the location staff was already leaving so we were told we had to pay for overnight parking at the structure it's located in. I had to threaten to call Hertz central before the manager accepted my drop off. It was clear this was done on purpose to create a situation in which drivers are forced to pay for parking if arriving a second past the reservation time. Unacceptable business practice.

Vehicle in poor condition / high prices / rude service at counter (quoted higher price than in my email confirmation and would t show me breakdown before transaction was processed on card — budget later refunded me for this unbelievable scam at counter)

Pickup was quick and painless. I was on the road in 15 minutes.

When I got to the car rental they did not let me take the car They did not allow Visa debit cards. They only accept credit cards. When I made the reservation I gave my debit card. Nobody mentioned this at the time of the booking. I finally has to find another solution with Budget who accepted my debit card I want to make sure I was not charged for the car rental , can I please get an update on my email : Richard@verita.ro
