Cheap Car Hire in Guasti/ Champagne, Ontario from ฿202

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day and Hertz refused to change my pick up time. They give a 24 hour window and I explained to them that I still wanted the car but I would arriving one day later. My original reservation was 12:00 so I had until 12 the next day. I got there at 12:30 and they had no car for me. I had to go to another rental place.

The over all ease and closeness of the airport and the car rental office, get me there in 10 minutes time and there is noting better.

Quick and easy, attendant at desk was helpful and friendly. I just wish vehicle was wiped down. door handles, steering wheel, and windshield had some filth from the previous passenger. Not crazy dirty, but in these times it wouldn’t hurt to do a quick 2 min wipe down w some Lysol wipes on general areas. Other than that I was very satisfied with service and vehicle.

In one word….HORRIBLE!! There was only one agent at the counter and about 20 people waiting in line. It took me approximately 90 minutes to reach the counter. When I finally reached the counter he told me that there were no cars available for Payless. I needed that car for a trip at 4:00 AM. He tells me at 11:30 PM when all other counters were closed or closing. He could have made an announcement while people were waiting in line. It would have saved me a hour and a half in time and given the opportunity to rent elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll use Payless Car Rental again.

Did not accurately reflect the options for gas refill choices. Left me paying for an entire tank when I only used 1/4 of a tank. Poor treatment of customers.

Vehicle was dirty, service reminder was illuminated and the washer fluid was empty.

Car was nice. No check in when I returned the car and no instructions on what to do. The overwhelmed desk agent (too many customers, not enough staff) told me just to leave the keys in the car.

The drop off was extremely confusing. There was no information on where the drop off spot was so we ended up driving around for 25 minutes trying to find it. It would’ve been helpful to have some sort of direction on where the drop off spot was

The car engine light turn on, on my way to Palm Springs. The engined stalled twice. I had to turn it off before it got going again.
