People at the kiosk just don’t have a sense of urgency. They are lazy! We got there on time to pick up the rental, he stepped off and didn’t come back for almost 30 minutes. He was not helping another customer. After I signed the paper, he said the car will be ready in 5 minutes. It took another 25 minutes for the car to come out ready. I asked him to adjust the time on the agreement and he was hesitant. I asked for a copy of the agreement with the adjusted time and was given an attitude. The car reeks of smell, had a 3/8 tank of gas. When I returned the car, there were customers waiting and I saw the guy on the parking lot on his phone busy with something for a good 10-15 minutes. . I could here frustrated comments from other customers. I gave him the key when he came back. Then he gave it back a minute later and asked me to take a photo of the odometer and fuel for him back out in the parking lot. Wasn’t he supposed to do that for his verification? Lazy!
