Friendly check in and check out staff. Very efficient
They tried to charge me for a second day when I was in the lot 5 minutes before my drop off time. They also attempted to charge me $20 fuel surcharge when I filled up the tank a block away from the pickup site. Photographic evidence saved me. If you rent from here, TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING-the car, the time, the fuel meter. They have some serious ethical problems.
My biggest complaint would be the run around I got with the pickup to where I had to go back home and come back cause it wasn’t told to me until I got there that I couldn’t use my debit card and I needed to go thru a credit check before I could rent the vehicle. Good thing it was sorted out with the unfortunate raise in the cost but afterwards everything was fine, even though the time wasted was stressing initially.
Car was NOT clean; tank was not full and car made clanking noise the entire Ohio to Florida trip!
Everything was fantastic. Got upgraded and my cost dropped $30 after I made a change to my reservation. Everyone who helped was very friendly.

Knowing the exact price of my rental which was almost twice the amount when I got there.
plane encountered a delay, so I ended up landing after the enterprise location had closed. I made my way to the location the very next day, It had not even been 24 hours since my scheduled pickup and when I arrived the Manager of that location told me he just rented my rental to some one else just 20 minutes to me arriving. They had no other cars that fit my needs. this was a work trip and I needed a pickup. I ended up with budget after spending 3 hours of company time calling around to all the rental company locations in Cleveland untill I found one 30 minutes outside of the city and I had to Uber their. Not impressed with the service I received and my company will avoid them in the future

The car smelled like smoke when I got it. The staff was great though and offered to replace a different car.
Ithe location would have been ok, yet the hours posted were incorrect, the vehicle was DIRTY, rep was rude & said we hsd to take it, other rep tried to clean it, we had to wait wasting time, no compensation for the time being earlier gor frop off or waiting, NOT at ALL the experience of any past rentals from other companies

Rental was good. Service very good. Very expensive (more than $100 per day including fees for a compact). There was a long wait to get the car and a long wait for the airport bus at the drop-off location.
Upon retrieving my rental I was informed that without the physical copy of my driver’s license I was unable to rent a car. This despite being able to provide every last detail on my license as well as official ID via my passport. Absolutely zero consideration, understanding or compassion for my situation. Thankfully I was able to secure a ride through more reliable and less cold-blooded means.
10 miles into my rental the maintenance required light came on…
I requested pickup/drop off at the airport and it was booked through the downtown Cleveland location.
