Cheap Car Rentals in Tarzana, Los Angeles

Booked for pickup at LAX but the reservation somehow showed another location and for only one of the two days I prepaid for. The counter agent offered a smaller car for triple the prepaid price. I had to cancel the bait and switch

I agreed to rent the car at Burbank airport but when I arrived they had no cars and told me to go to Reseda to pick one up, a 20 minute drive. It was classic bait and switch.

Location is terrible but the car was very reliable

Car was not at all cleaned ...it was full of cigarette smell ..we had to buy heavy car freshners and use it for few hours just to get rid of the smell. The rental has both Budget and Avis there was only person in the counter and the waiting time was 45 minutes. The car parking lot was in different side of the building and rental office in other side...so absolutely no assistance there as well..
