Quick and easy . Except when I arrived there was an extra charge of 32.00 . Apparently some tax.
The office was closed! Sign said back I. 20 minutes but nobody ever showed up! I was forced to rent a car elsewhere and it cost me $400 more because it was a Friday and the only thing available was a huge SUV! I’m still extremely angry!
Did not get the car, was told everything was sold out. Agent was rude
Went to drop car off at pickup location on reservation and they were closed with no drop box. They tried to make me drive across town to airport to drop it off, horrible customer service.
They didn’t have any cars! And we took a Lyft all the way there. It was 20 min from the airport and then they didn’t have a car for us and we had to pay for a Lyft all the way back to a different agency
Was able to make a reservation for a car, took an Uber 20+ minutes to location, to wait 15 minutes while a gentleman just talked on the phone. To then be told "we don't have any cars". How can I make a reservation when you don't have any cars?
I have no complaints. Everything was extraordinary.

Ease, price, speed of pickup and drop off, service, all good quality experience.
The car had issues connecting to Bluetooth and has aux and cd player so is a bit outdated but overall experience was great.

Last minute. Your car rental call me , no minivan 7 seats For your reservations... dec 26 -2019 to 1-3-2020. I did no have this problem like this with any agency ... Like Enterprise car rental... too ,,, too bad . I never deal with Enterprise... I will let all my friends know about this case... Michael Trang
The heat works! very clean and cozy. just wish the wifi was guaranteed to work, but at least they warn you that it might not with the wifi password paper they give you at check-in.
Very professional company, efficient processing in and out, clean and reliable car, friendly service. Pretty easy Lyft or Uber ride from LAX. I would come back to Midway again. I was a little sticker-shocked by the price for a car in LA, but I know there is a spike in rental cars right now and daily rates are higher as a result.
When we arrived, we found that the car rental was far from the airport. To move the reservation to the airport office cost us an upcharge to $100/day. Not only that, when we finally got to the correct office, our reservation had been cancelled and then it still cost us $90 a day instead of the $37 a day as originally promised. There was an additional upcharge of $75 to drop the car off at the airport location. Midway did not do us any favors.
My only issue was that initially I didnt realize I would have to take a LYFT or UBER to get to the Midway on Sepulveda.
Service and car were fabulous. I highly recommend this company.
