Would not pickup even though I thought that was their thing and would have been nice to know I had to have a credit card and not a debit card. Had to leave and go to Avis. They got me right in a vehicle! Thanks, Avis!
The people at Enterprise were very customer focused. I will rent there again, 5 stars for Tatiana!
The only negative was that when I called the pickup location to notify them that we were running late, they didn’t answer the phone and when I called back 10 mins later I was put on hold for over 20 mins before a human ever came on the line. Once arriving for the actual pickup though, it was very quick, efficient and friendly.

Didnt have the car class or type I reserved. Forced me into an old, loud, dirty 2 doors clunker. Staff was rude and obnoxious. Didnt want to rent me other available cars, being an Avis president club member is useless, unlike at Hertz.
I wasn't able to get this car at all! Kayak booked it and yet Avis called me the night before we were due to leave to tell us they don't allow "one way rentals". (Where you get the car in 1 location and return it in another). Thank goodness they called, but when I went to rebook another car at that late notice, it was going to cost $1,200! We wound up driving instead which was a huge hassle and changed our entire trip... negatively. Kayak needs to fix this!

I sure was one of the staff members that the gas is right below ER returned it and had to put more money in gas what you're not right. One of the employees had a bad attitude with me

The car itself
I booked online on the website. When arrived at rental center the cat was unavailable and no free alternative was proposed to me. Would have appreciated a phone call. I did actually call but of course no one picked up!!! Overall I paid more than twice the online quote. Furthermore they did not accept my international visa card which includes insurance. Very poor service. Service extremely slow and printer was broken.
I booked a Hertz rental using a third party app called “CheapCarRental”. I was completely unaware of the $200 deposit fee so I had to cancel the trip and have yet to get refunded for the rental in the first place.
They didn’t have any cars for me. Literally went to enterprise instead

The Passquat was very good on gas, comfortable, and reliable. I enjoyed playing CDs, it had good sound system.
I recommend making your reservation timely to get the car you want in a timely manner.
