Staff was friendly but I was very confused about insurance, felt I was all set to get Cheated!
I missed 1 toll and they charged me $5.00 I could not find a gas station so they Charged me $10.00 per gallon, I 'm Getting sore about now, ouch!
They held money on my debit card I needed it
I was unaware of the security deposit. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service.

I paid in advance and when I got to sixt they said I had to put a $300 deposit down. Nowhere in my paper work said I had to do that. I do not know how long it will take sixt to put the deposit back on my card.

Friendly Staff and branch manager authorized a shuttle ride to my hotel nearby for the night before flying out too early before Sixt opened in the morning.
More check-in help. The short lines took far too long to process and receive a car
Pickup was sinple. Drop off was even easier. I didnt have to wait in line. Just dropped it off and walked away. thankyou

2.5 hrs to get car! No windshield wiper fluid in car. Never again with Thrifty/Dollar!
The car was fine, but the wait in Orlando was a nightmare, I’ll never rent a car from Thrifty again!
Car was never serviced, return agent said well past due. Car was filthy and agent pulled bate and switch siting vehicle booked is not carried by thrifty , when we went outside sitting right there for rental
This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. We landed at 815pm and headed straight to Thrifty. We waited in line for TWO HOURS in order to sign our contract - absolutely insane. We then proceeded to the car pickup area and had to wait ANOTHER TWO HOURS to receive the vehicle. There were not enough people working to drive cars around and the people who were working were rude. The last straw was that there was an electrical error with the key fob - the next morning (after an extremely late and frustrating night) the car wouldn't start bc the fob wasn't recognized. We had to walk to a convenience store to buy batteries because the PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED DIDN'T WORK. We managed to change the battery and start our day (late again). The next stop, the key fob wouldn't work again! So every time we stopped, we had to take apart the fob and put it back together for the car to recognize the key fob. When we returned the car, the people working at Thrifty COULDN'T CARE LESS. The unfortunate thing is that we left knowing that the next people who rented that car were going to experience the same issues, even though we tried our best to make Thrifty aware. Zero help and zero compensation for our terrible experiences.
Seem to be lot of additional fees. Paid a lot more then expected
Due to Daytona 500 cars were not available. Gate agents did not inform passengers of the 3 plus hour wait in line in the parking garage with at least 500 other customers who were angry and unpleasant. Children were sleeping on their luggage and crying Improvement would be to have extra agents at the gate who would have let customers know of what they were about to encounter outside so they could be aware. And avoid the very volatile situation outside.
