Cheap Car Rentals in University City, Philadelphia

Arrived and they ran out of cars for me and 10 other people. Made everyone wait 2-5 hours, never apologized, never provided announcements or clear POA, it was extremely frustrating

I couldn't rent the car as the location had closed at an odd time mid-afternoon. As a result I had to quickly organize other transportation.

My experience was horrible because my car shut off and wouldn’t start. It had to get towed back to hertz.

I didn’t get the car and they said they’ll cancel the booking and I get refund which never happened. Hate kayak and Alamo

All good. Loved the convenience of picking up the rental right at the station.

The car smelled like cigarette smoke when we got in. One of the windshield wipers didn't work properly. We were charged for an extra day because we dropped off the car a little outside business hours (traffic was really bad because of the rain).

Shockingly bad cleanliness. Had to try and clean car myself, but was so dirty that I didn’t want to touch any buttons in the car and th sort on the seats marked my clothing. Tried to return the car to the next Avis/budget branch a few miles down the road, but they had no stock, so had to clean it as best as possible and continue. Never using this brand again.

Though the system allowed me to make a reservation to pick up a car after 5:00, when I arrived the office was closed. I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements with another company at another location.

Not allow a reservation where cars are unavailable

Never got the rental because no one never answered thier phone to make sure I was able to get a car for one way! It was my way home from the airport.

Enterprise said they never received all of my my information just my name and the morning of my appointment I called them to say I was on my way only to find out they didn’t have the car I reserved and was sold out completely.
