My car was waiting for me once I checked in.

Pickup and drop off were a piece of cake. Vehicle was effectively an upgrade from what I had requested, but wasn’t a car that was enjoyable to drive, not Alamo’s fault.

1.5 hour wait... told things I knew were not true. Car smelt like smoke after the detailing smells wore off. Not a fun experience at all and will not use Enterprise again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pick up and drop off we’re smooth. There was some trash in the car, under the seats, water bottle and receipts, so they could do better on cleanliness. Overall, a good experience!

It was relatively painless. I would rent from hertz again.

Easy pick up and drop off, although having never been to O'Hare it can be a pain finding your way around.

I loved the quick way we were checked in & on our way! I wish they’d have told me that adding my spouse as a driver was extra $13 a day. As it was, the lady at the exit booth was the one to share that info & ultimately charged us.

They wouldn’t let me rent the car saying I booked with an international tourism visa. Was a nightmare

Check in was took 40 mins. I called to get an early pick up and the agent quoted me $80. I also tried to get a late drop and it was really inefficient

Our flight was cancelled so we flew the next day. Dollar said they would hold the reservation for 48 hours. Upon arrival they said they had not held the CAR for 48 hours, only the reservation. They proceeded to upsell us in order to get an available car. I am reminded of a Seinfeld episode. Poor service. Will not book with them again.

There were used ear plugs and a used spoon under the front seat. The car held us all and our stuff and we were able to drive home before the connecting flight even took off.

We could have used more instructions on where to pick up the car. We were driving to pick up and not experienced car renters.

Waited for an hour at O’Hare to check out in line.

They really need to do a better job of informing you you cannot travel into Michigan with the rental.

Not Fox's fault but, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler design is to have the car shut off when you come to a complete stop(such as a traffic light). It would restart as soon as you took your foot off the brake. It was very annoying, as well as excessive wear on the cars starter I assume. Other wise everything went extremely well with Fox Rent A Car. I've been using them for years and have yet to have any negative experiances.

Jasmine (Manager), Jeremiah (Pick Up Attendant) & San..(Drop Off Attendant). All were pleasant, professional & very helpful! Thumbs up!! Expedited my travel needs despite the high demand I was treated as if I was the only one present! They were all smiles and more than happy to help. Exceeded my expectations especially during the pandemic!

I had to queue for 2 HOURS to collect the car which in my opinion is unacceptable as I had a 3 hour journey ahead of me after an 8 hour flight. There were only 3 customer desks open, with a fourth added after an hour. Avis should have been aware of the number of cars booked for that day and had sufficient staff to deal with the numbers arriving. I had booked a Toyota Camry, which is what I got. The only complaint I had about the car was that I would have expected that this class of car would have built in Sat Nav. While it had the system no maps were loaded into it which was disappointing. (Fortunately I had brought my own SatNav but it would have been preferrable to use an inbuilt system). Due to the excessive delay I would not book a hire car from Avis in Chicago again.

There was a worker at Avis Chicago Midway driving a large red Chevrolet SUV back and forth in the dropoff zone at 35-45 mph. If my child had strayed a couple of feet past the car, they would have been killed. This is terrifying and completely unacceptable! We will never book with Avis again. It's unfortunate, because everything else about our experience was 4-5 star, so this one employee is ruining the hard work of so many other Avis employees.

Really good but the check in computer system is slower than a snail.

Better directions to airport for drop off. Cheaper fee to get tolls covered.

The car was old. Impossible to talk to à service person on Fox number. All numbers on Fox contract were unassigned. I was not able to add a driver over the phone as promised at the counter. I will not rent with Europecar again if you are still dealing with Fox

Staff were wonderful at Fox Rental Car in O’Hare! Friendly, helpful, efficient. Made picking up and dropping off extremely easy.
