This may also be a problem for Kayak. The airport had a tram to the rental car places. However, it was not the same location my reservation was at. Nothing said the address at the airport. When I got there it was closed. The Downtown Hertz closes at NOON on SATURDAY and was closed Sunday. So TWO of my three-day rental was literally impossible. The place was sketchy and dirty on the outside.

Overall, it was fine. Only had 1/2 tank of gas. In my case it was fine as I wa staying local. Had i bn traveling i would have bn frustrated having to stop so soon after picking the car up.

I didn’t like nothing about renting from Dallas , I rent from enterprise all the time . They made me keep my renter longer than I needed , extra charge me . Took the deposit for no reason and tried to say tax remind you I rent from them All the time they give you two totally The amount & the amount with the deposit . They charged my card 800 dollars for 6 days when it was suppose to be 638 with taxes . This was the worse experience with enterprise EVER .

Reserved a car at this location. When I arrived they had no cars and would not help me find a replacement at another location.

Give the gentleman working at the Avis near the Adolphus hotel in Dallas (1303 commerce) on 12/27 a raise. His unswerving professionalism while being yelled at by frustrated customers who had been stranded by southwest was unbelievable. He was so efficient, honest with customers about wait times, while still striving to help everyone possible, and generally good natured while the people he was serving were uncharacteristically unkind. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and Avis should hope they don’t lose him. I cannot imagine having the patience to handle that many ridiculous people with the level of grace he did.

The car smelled like cigarettes. It was not clean. This was the only vehicle available. The windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Customer service representative was not being professional and rude.

Horrible experience. Was given a pick-up to drive because they were out of the class I rented. How could I have rented a car that wasn’t available? Then had to pay more just to get a sedan that I rented originally. Total BS. In addition, I waited an hour behind 3 people. There was only one person at the desk. Worst experience ever. Don’t rent from Budget.
